Pale Ale
Our latest Pale Ale showcasing UK grown Harlequin and Cascade hops backed up with a touch Citra and Motueka.
Delicate, balanced and super easy drinking. The soft body carries flavours of peach, melon, and citrus peel, with a whisper of herbal spice. Bitterness is low to moderate, just enough to refresh without overpowering. A gentle malt sweetness rounds it out, offering a smooth, sessionable finish.

Citrus Pale Ale
A Pale Ale blending classic British character with some US hop flair.
Goldings, Centennial, Emperor, Cashmere, and the experimental variety CF299 combine to deliver crisp refreshment with layers of citrus brightness.
Expect a soft body, moderate bitterness and a malt base that gently lifts notes of orange zest, lemon and lime peel, and
subtle spice.
